Ma’an is currently working as the Group CEO of Al-Rawahi Holdings, a family owned company. The firm specialises in international agency work for construction & engineering solutions and includes a manufacturing facility for electrical items. He was heavily involved in the development of the New Generation Group (NGG) in Oman from its inception and was subsequently appointed Chairman of the Oman New Generation Group in January 2015. Ma'an previously worked at the Oman Refreshment Company ‘PEPSI’ where he was the Production & Supply Chain Manager. Ma’an obtained an MSc in Operations Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
